- Maitriser les obligations règlementaires inhérentes à l’exploitation d’un débit de boissons pour emporter la nuit (différentes démarches préalables, les affichages et registres obligatoires….).
- Savoir chercher et trouver une information pour adapter son comportement dans l’entreprise.
- Obtention du permis d’exploitation nécessaire à la déclaration de licence.

Writing in English as I am foreign but I took the course in French. I took the ALVEA online 2.5 day "permis d'exploitaton" course. Arthur the formateur was so incredibly informative, engaging, and made the 3 days go by really quickly. The ambiance Arthur created as a teacher made it so everyone was participating actively in the course (online courses can be kind of sleepy in my opinion, but not this one!). I learned so many things I had no idea about...and Arthur gave tips that I can apply to my personal situation (he did this for everyone and it was really interesting to hear the plans of others and their potential problems too in case one day I run into the same issues!!). Highly highly recommend this course as well as the HACCP course. The people who work here are clearly passionate about their work which is refreshing. I am definitely going to send my employees and co-owners to take these courses with ALVEA later as well - this information is so valuable! Thanks guys :)

Excellente formation, très pédagogique, avec slides, vidéos, téléchargement de synthèses très bien réalisées, de documents pour construire les bases de son PMS, quiz d'évaluation à la fin de chaque module. La formatrice, S. Arnaud, est parfaite, et je recommande vraiment cette formation pour l'HACCP.
Je remercie la formatrice pour son énergie et sa bienveillance !Attention aux modules de e-learning qui doivent être réalisé en 10h, alors que l'on peut faire en moins de temps (la réglementation). Si comme moi, vous exercez une activité professionnelle, vous serez dans l'obligation "d'attendre " que le chrono défile alors même que vous avez fini...pas top pour l'optimisation du temps.Ceci à générer de la violence verbale de la part du gérant, qui m'a indiqué que je ne pouvais suivre la partie pratique de 4h, en m'informant de cela 3h avant (couac de l'organisation personnelle et professionnelle), alors même que la collaboratrice m'avait indiqué oralement que je pourrais finir plus tard.D'ailleurs un autre candidat n'avait fait que 8h...bref face à mon agacement, j'ai eu le droit à des propos intolérables.Des excuses, du professionnalisme et surtout de la BIENVEILLANCE auraient été les bienvenus.

J’ai effectuée ma formation HACCP et de permis d’exploration depuis les explications téléphoniques à la formation prise en charge et explications remarquables et un superbe accompagnement le formateur pour le permis très agréable et professionnel il arrive parfaitement à retenir votre attention on ne voit pas défiler les heures et les jours arriver à la fin de formation on trouve cela même trop court bravo et merci !!!

J'avais déjà réalisé la formation du permis d'exploitation débits de boissons avec Jérome en live qui avait été super. Je viens tout juste de faire la formation Hygiène en restauration commerciale avec les vidéos de Sandrine et c'est tout autant dynamique. Je recommande vivement cette structure, on a la qualité des informations avec une pédagogie claire et la cerise sur le gâteau une pointe d'humour qui rend la tache bien plus fun. Merci Alvea !
Je viens de finir la formation HACCP pour la restauration commercial et je suis vraiment ravi du contenu trouvé et les trucs et astuce. LA voix de la formatrice es captivante, ce n'est pas long quand on écoute les vidéos. On apprend beaucoup de chose et cela et ludique. je la recommande les yeux fermé. J'en avais déjà une interne à mon ancienne entreprise mais elle n'était pas aussi complète et intéressante que celle-ci.

Application en e-learning très accessible, riche en détails, et d'actualité. Le choix des univers professionnels sont variés et la présentation est de belle qualité.Pour ma part ce fut une remise à jour, étant cuisinière en collectivité. Je suis actuellement en formation produits frais, au sein du groupe de stagiaires, certains d'entre eux, ont découverts la méthode HACCP, j'espère seulement qu'ils pourront la mettre en pratique et que les futurs employeurs s'investiront dans les différentes formations d'hygiène alimentaire et sécurité...La théorie c'est bien, la pratique c'est mieux.

Je viens de finir cette dernière, et pour moi, certains modules devraient être enseigné dès le lycée! nous faisons tellement d'erreurs à la maison...Merci beaucoup pour cette expérience, je recommande ! 😊
