- Objectifs
- Maitriser les obligations règlementaires inhérentes à l’exploitation d’un débit de boissons pour emporter la nuit (différentes démarches préalables, les affichages et registres obligatoires….).
- Savoir chercher et trouver une information pour adapter son comportement dans l’entreprise.
- Obtention du permis d’exploitation nécessaire à la déclaration de licence.
- Sécuriser son activité;
- Méthodes pédagogiques
Diaporama, Videos, Jeux illustration, études de cas, analyse de documents (lois, contrats…).
Vous avez le choix :
Formation permis d’exploitation en distantiel (classe virtuelle en visioconférence)
Sessions en visioconférence depuis un smartphone ou un ordinateur réparties sur plusieurs ½ journées.

My choice was undoubtedly the right one.The training is complete, illustrated with "archivable" materials, links, chats and participatory for those who want it.In addition to the quality and clarity of the content, the first argument is the trainer himself "Jérôme" whom I recommend to you. The atmosphere is based on egalitarian companionship which is very appreciable. The training is GREAT! Lectures on one side and video and exercises on the other, we don't see the time passing!! I followed the training for the operating license and I am very satisfied with it. The trainer was not only friendly, but also very clear in his explanations. Writing in English as I am foreign but I took the course in French. I took the ALVEA online 2.5 day "permis d'exploitaton" course. Arthur the formateur was so incredibly informative, engaging, and made the 3 days go by really quickly. The ambiance Arthur created as a teacher made it so everyone was participating actively in the course (online courses can be kind of sleepy in my opinion, but not this one!). I learned so many things I had no idea about...and Arthur gave tips that I can apply to my personal situation (he did this for everyone and it was really interesting to hear the plans of others and their potential problems too in case one day I run into the same issues!!). Highly highly recommend this course as well as the HACCP course. The people who work here are clearly passionate about their work which is refreshing. I am definitely going to send my employees and co-owners to take these courses with ALVEA later as well - this information is so valuable! Thanks guys :)
